Terms of study

These terms govern use of cache-routecore.digital and enrolment in Cache Routecore programmes. Last updated 13 August 2026.

Acceptance

By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry, or accepting a placement note, you agree to these terms. If you are placing seats for an organisation (Partner Table), you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the site or attend labs.

We may revise these terms. The date above is the effective date. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new text. Material changes to fees or refunds will also be noted in a desk letter to active Studio Year and Partner Table seats.

They are not investment, credit, legal, or regulatory advice, and they are not a substitute for licensed professional services in Thailand or elsewhere.

Programmes and informational pricing

Fees published on this site are informational. This site does not process payments. A placement note or invoice sent from the desk is the offer. Until you accept that offer in writing (including email), no contract for a seat exists. We may decline a placement if the programme is a poor fit, including where the applicant needs services we explicitly do not teach.

Student conduct

Evening labs and remote sessions require that any production data you share is redacted. You remain responsible for your employer’s confidentiality obligations. Do not upload customer personal data, card numbers, or unredacted KYC images to shared worksheets. We may remove a seat without refund if conduct disrupts a lab or violates another participant’s confidentiality.

Intellectual property

Worksheets, recordings, journal essays, and the Signal Room method as published here are owned by Cache Routecore or its licensors. Open Desk seats may use materials for their own product work during the access window stated at purchase. Studio Year seats may use materials during the calendar year. You may not resell, republish, or run a competing public course from our sheets. Your redacted event dictionaries and funnel diagrams remain yours. We do not claim copyright in your production names.

The Cache Routecore name, desk mark, and site design are identifiers of the studio. You may not use them to imply endorsement of a product, vendor, or hiring claim without written permission.

Site content and accuracy

Journal notes and syllabi describe methods used at the desk. Rails, vendors, and regulations change. We do not warrant that a worksheet remains current after publication. Examples involving Thai QR, PromptPay, or e-KYC are illustrative. They are not a complete map of any institution’s stack.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the law of Thailand, Cache Routecore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from decisions you make after a programme, including lost revenue, regulatory findings, or engineering cost. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid seat is limited to the fees you actually paid for that seat in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law, including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is forbidden.

The site is provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. Enquiry forms may fail; in that case write to info@cache-routecore.digital.

Third-party services

Fonts, images, and any embedded third-party resources are provided by their owners under their licences. Analytics cookies, if you accept them, are described in the cookie record. We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from journal notes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from a programme contract, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. The Thai-language version of a signed invoice or contract, if one exists, prevails over this English web text in case of conflict on fees or refunds.
