Refund and cancellation terms

This page applies to paid Cache Routecore seats invoiced by the desk. This website does not take payment. Last updated 13 August 2026.

Eligibility

Refunds are available only for seats that were invoiced and paid. Complimentary guest evenings, Thursday readout drop-ins, and free journal access are not refundable because no fee was taken. Partner Table fees are organisational; a named employee leaving the company does not by itself create a personal refund.

Timeframe

Open Desk: you may withdraw for a full refund before the second live office hour of that programme, provided you write to info@cache-routecore.digital and stop using recordings. After the second live hour, Open Desk fees are not refundable except where the desk cancels the run.

Studio Year: you may withdraw within 14 days of the invoice due date for a full refund if you have not attended a live hour and have not downloaded more than the week-zero packet. After that window, unused months are not pro-rated except as a pause (see cancellation).

Partner Table: refund requests must come from the contracting organisation within 14 days of payment, and only if no private readout and no rotating seat has been used.

Full or partial refund

Full refund: withdrawal inside the windows above, or if we cancel a programme and cannot offer a reasonable alternative date within eight weeks. Partial refund: if we cancel the remainder of a run after it has started, we refund a pro-rata share of unused live hours, rounded to the nearest half-day, minus any materials already issued that cannot be returned (see non-refundable items).

We do not offer partial refunds for missed evenings, late arrival, or dissatisfaction with a single worksheet. Critique is part of the method; discomfort with red pencil is not a defect.

Non-refundable items

Printed desk packets once collected in Bangrak. Third-party costs you incurred (travel, hotels, dinners). Vendor licences you purchased for your own warehouse or BI. Bank transfer fees charged by your bank on the original payment, unless the refund is due to our cancellation.

Refund process

Write info@cache-routecore.digital with the subject “Refund request”, your invoice number, programme name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two working days. We may ask you to return or delete recordings if a full Open Desk refund is granted. Do not send card numbers in email; we did not collect them on this site.

Processing time

Once approved, we instruct the refund within 10 working days. Your bank or prompt-pay provider may take additional time to show the credit. Thai public holidays pause the working-day count.

Refund method

Refunds return to the original payment method where possible: the same Thai bank account or the same international transfer route used to pay the invoice. We do not refund in cash at the Surawong desk. If the original method is closed, we will agree an alternative transfer in writing before sending funds.

Contact for refund requests

Email: info@cache-routecore.digital · Phone: 662 2337735 · Street: 42 Surawong Road Siphraya; City: Bangrak; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10500; Country: Thailand.

Cancellation (your side)

To cancel a future Open Desk seat inside the full-refund window, an email is enough. Studio Year may pause once for up to eight weeks if you write before a module starts; the calendar year is not extended beyond that pause. Partner Table seat names may be rotated among the named staff list; they may not be sold onward.

Cancellation (our side) and exceptions

We may cancel or postpone a run for instructor illness, venue closure, or insufficient enrolment (fewer than four Open Desk seats). In those cases you choose a later date or a full refund. We may refuse or terminate a seat without refund for serious conduct issues described in the terms, including sharing unredacted customer data in a lab or harassing other participants.

Force majeure (flood, political disruption affecting Bangrak access, prolonged host outage) may delay labs; we will not treat a short delay as a refund event if a remote alternative is offered within two weeks.
