How we hold your data
This notice explains how Cache Routecore collects and uses personal data when you visit cache-routecore.digital or enquire about a programme. Last updated 13 August 2026.
Data controller
The controller is Cache Routecore, operating from Street: 42 Surawong Road Siphraya; City: Bangrak; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10500; Country: Thailand. Contact: info@cache-routecore.digital ยท Phone: 662 2337735.
We process personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand and, where a visitor in another jurisdiction is entitled to additional rights, we will honour access and deletion requests on the same practical timeline.
What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, email, optional topic, and message. We use this to reply about programmes, fees, and visits. From email or phone: whatever you choose to send, including employer name if you include it. From the site: technical logs our host may keep (IP address, user agent, requested path) for security and uptime. From cookies: see the cookie record. Essential cookies run without a marketing overlay; analytics cookies run only if you Accept on the banner.
We do not ask for national ID numbers, card data, or KYC images through this website. Do not paste them into the message field.
Purposes and legal bases
Responding to enquiries and placing seats: contractual steps or your request prior to contract. Desk letters to people who asked for them: consent, which you may withdraw. Security logs: legitimate interests in keeping the site usable and investigating abuse. Legal accounting of invoices: legal obligation under Thai bookkeeping rules where they apply to us.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept up to 18 months, then deleted or irreversibly anonymised, unless a conversation is still active. Placement and invoice records are kept for at least five years where accounting rules require. Cookie consent (localStorage on your device) remains until you clear site data or we change the storage key. Analytics events, if you consented, are kept in aggregate for 14 months.
Recordings of evening labs are retained for the access window of your seat (ninety days after Open Desk close; calendar year for Studio Year) and then removed from student portals. We may keep an internal instructor copy for quality for up to twelve months.
Who we share with
Hosting and email delivery providers acting on our instructions. Accountants or legal counsel if a dispute or audit requires it. We do not sell personal data. Partner Table organisations receive only the attendance and critique notes they already expect for their own staff.
International transfers
The desk is in Thailand. Email, hosting, or font/image CDNs may process data on servers outside Thailand, including in the United States or the European Union. Where we transfer personal data out of Thailand, we use contractual clauses with processors and limit the data to what the service needs. Public images on this site are loaded from third-party image hosts; those hosts receive the technical request from your browser when a page renders.
Your rights
Subject to PDPA conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for desk letters or analytics cookies without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Rejecting analytics does not block programmes, forms, or reading the journal.
To exercise rights, write info@cache-routecore.digital with enough detail to find your record. We aim to respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.
Children
Programmes are aimed at working adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 20 for enrolment. If you believe we have, write and we will delete it.
Changes
We will update this page when our processing changes in a material way. The date at the top is the effective date.
